This course is designed for on-trade professionals - people who serve wine.  It includes customer service (assessing your guests' wine preferences), food and cooking vocabulary, wine context vocabulary (region, climate and vinification methods) and food/wine pairing.  Because on-trade professionals need to prioritise speaking and listening, half of this course is speaking exercises.  We recommend you have speaking and listening training sessions at the same time as doing this module.  The other modules in Wine English are: General Wine English (levels 1-3), and Commercial Wine English.
You need to have a level of A2 or above to do this course (see CEFRL levels)
